The Villa Delfini 2 is a luxury villa, just 200 meters away from the beach, located majestically over the small, unspoilt village of Kalamaki on the south coast of Crete. The villa has a secluded location with an incredible and unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea. The Villa Delfini 2 is a modern, bright and spacious luxury villa on a 1.400 m² landscape. Villa Delfini 2 can accommodate 4-6 people on 110 m² living space. It is equipped with beautiful, hand-picked furnishings, where Mediterranean charm meets modern luxury. The whole villa is equipped with underfloor heating. The upper floor has 2 exquisite, comfortable 20m² bedrooms with king-size beds (1 m 80 x 2 m) with cotton sheets and a satellite TV system. There is also 1 bathroom with 15 m² with washing machine, dryer, hydro-massage-shower, sink, toilet and balcony with lounge set. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

ECO FRIENDLY VILLA
The villa has a very stylish design interiors and is equipped with the latest technologies, like smart electricity system, Internet TV, WiFi, fixed line internet connection, own internet access point and a Fan Coil cooler system. The villa is also equipped with a central heating and an underfloor heating system. All furniture is hand-picked with high quality materials.
A spiral staircase takes you from the lower living area up to the exquisite bedrooms with high quality beds (king size beds 1.80m x 2.00m).
The villa is equipped with the latest smart home technology.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a nice and white sofa and the 50 m² fully equipped kitchen with sea view and guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, kettle, toaster, dishes and all utensils you need for 4-6 persons.
Outside there is the spa, as well as a 25 m² large, fully equipped summer kitchen with oven, grill, fireplace and outdoor bar. The pool has a waterfall shower and a size of 8.50 m x 4.00 m x 1.50 m and is chlorine free. Further there is a large covered, shaded outdoor spa area and a dining table with view to the pool and the sea, which is protected with wind protectors.

ROOM RATES
The occupancy is 2-6 guests and 4 days minimum stay. Base rate is for 2 guests and then each additional person (up to max occupancy of 6) is charged an extra 50€ per person per night. Basic cleaning is every 3rd/4th day, included in the price. Other cleaning schedules can be arranged on request, without additional fees. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
